Brian Bowcock, Board Treasurer, Division III Brian Bowcock represents the Cities of Claremont and La Verne and has been a resident of La Verne for 32 years.

   Following a 42-year career in the municipal utility business, working for the City of Ontario, Monte Vista County Water District (Montclair) and retiring as the Director of Public Works for the City of La Verne after twenty-four years of service.

   He currently serves as Controller and was also a past President of the Southern California Water Utilities Association. Director Bowcock's service in the water utility industry includes having served as President and a member of the Board of Directors of the Inland County Water Utility Association as President of Six-Basins Watermaster and as a Board member of the California Urban Water Conservation Council and a Trustee to the University of Southern California's Backflow Foundation.
